- Tours run rain or shine. Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet.
- All guests must pass through security.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
- Limited restroom availability, please go prior to your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point.
- There is no parking lot at the tour meeting location, however, there are a number of paid public parking areas within a 15 minute walk. Please arrive early and allow for time to find parking, as parking is limited near the Falls. We suggest paying for parking in advance by visiting the Niagara Parks Parking website: https://www.niagaraparks.com/visit-niagara-parks/plan-your-visit/getting-around/.
